- If the power fails, the system operates normally with the cold storage of ice shelves.

MULTIPARK OFFICE CENTER – GUACHIPELIN
1. Leasing Prices: The price ranges goes from $18.50 to $20 per square meter and it is the price for the units in shell.
2. Where is it located? The project is located in Guachipelín, Escazú, 150 meters north of the Próspero Fernández freeway intersection with the road to Guachipelín. This crossroad will soon have 4 lanes and will provide a direct connection between Santa Ana, San José, Escazú, and Guachipelín.
